There will be 103 restaurants and bars competing in the 1st edition of Culinary Awards Los Cabos.
• There are 103 restaurants and bars registered for the 1st edition of the Culinary Awards Los Cabos 2018 — 44 of which are located inside of a hotel and 59 within the municipality of Los Cabos.
• A total of 12 awards will be presented, including the people choice award and a very special one for Culinary Record.
• The awards’ ceremony will take place on April 25th at the hotel Sheraton Grand Los Cabos Hacienda del Mar

LOS CABOS, BCS, March 5. – The first edition of CULINARY AWARDS LOS CABOS will have 103 restaurants and bars located in Los Cabos all participating in the event. At the closing of registration there were 44 located inside of a hotel and are open to the public. The remaining 59 entrants are all located in the tourist as well as urban areas within the municipality of Los Cabos. The 103 enrolled restaurants hold a sample of the diversity of the culinary experience that Los Cabos has to offer. Menus will range from traditional restaurants, signature experiences, and specialty cuisine.
Ten of the twelve awards will be selected by the jury, which composed of 41 residents of Los Cabos who are presently in the process of visiting the restaurants and bars to be able to put in their votes. The local community can also support their favorite restaurant in the Culinary Experience category by casting their votes as well. The voting process will be announced shortly on the event’s official website www.culinary-awards.com.
During the first week of April nominees will be announced in each category. As well, the recipient of the special award “Culinary Record” will be announced recognizing a person, event, or company that has been an exceptional contributor to gastronomy in Los Cabos
On April 25th, 2018, the awards ceremony will be held and where the winners will be announced in each of the categories of this first edition of Culinary Awards Los Cabos.
This event is possible thanks to the support of the Los Cabos Tourism Board (FITURCA), Sheraton Grand Los Cabos Hacienda del Mar, Crowe Horwath Gossler, Luxury Avenue Boutique Mall, Rancho San Lucas and Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas, Yandi Monardo Art Gallery, Del Cabo Event Design and PSAV.
Culinary Awards is supported by the Hotel Association of Los Cabos, the Ministry of Tourism, Economy and Sustainability of Baja California Sur and for the H. XII City Hall of Los Cabos through the Municipal Tourism Office. The event is organized by Tendencia El Arte de Viajar and PR Solutions.
The project CULINARY AWARDS LOS CABOS will help strengthen Los Cabos as a internationally famous gastronomic paradise.
