This month the distinctive of the year 2017 was announced, in which Los Cabos Airport is recognized as the second best aerodrome in the Latin America and the Caribbean region, among those that serve more than 2 million passengers per year.
ASQ is a global program through which satisfaction surveys are carried out to passengers during their stay at airports, with the purpose of measuring their perception in 34 key performance indicators, among them: Waiting times in the different processes, cleaning, image, courtesy and attention.
The measurement process consists of a scale of one to five, with one being the lowest rating and five the highest. The final result of the Los Cabos Airport in the “Overall Satisfaction” is a score of 4.44 out of 5.
During 2017, more than 340 airports from all continents participated, of which 29 corresponded to the Latin America and Caribbean Region, and only seven Mexican airports aspired to such mention: Los Cabos, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Culiacán and Monterrey.
