Sabores de Baja is an organic food festival that seeks to promote Baja California Sur’s culture and gastronomy. It focused on reaching as many people as possible, locals as well as tourists, and share with them the variety of characteristic plates and products distinctive of La Baja.  Is a big part of Los Cabo’s efforts in promoting local consumption and seasonal products collaborating with regional producers. The event from year to year has a charitable cause related to the support of rural regions.

On April 3, the fifth edition of “Sabores de Baja” will be held with the support of the Los Cabos City Council,  It will count on over a dozen of sponsors, from international brands to regional restaurants from the Miraflores region, and will be performed inside Doña Pame Restaurant, with the most traditional food, music, and dances. Of course, complying with the proper health protocols.

Is important to remark how important it is to support this kind of efforts in sharing Mexico’s and Los Cabos culture as well as helping businesses back to their feet in a place that slowly is recovering from the impacts the pandemic had on its economy.
