Sabor a Cabo 2017 Quivira Los Cabos  – On December 9, We will have the opportunity to attend one of the grand culinary celebrations of the region. The annual International Food and Wine Festival Sabor a Cabo distills the essence of Los Cabos: the hospitality of its people, the lush splendor of its verdant landscape, and the sumptuous flavors of its gastronomic traditions. This year’s festival will be held at Quivira Los Cabos, and will feature over 50 participating restaurants and local chefs, all showcasing their signature gourmet dishes. 25 regional wineries will be participating in the event, and there will also be a wide selection of tequilas and mezcals. To complement the outstanding food and drink, the festival also features world-class artists whose work has left a lasting impact on contemporary performance and composition. This year’s special guest will be legendary, 8-time Grammy winners Earth, Wind & Fire. Mark your calendars for December 9, from 5 P.M. to midnight.
