In early June, 2017, Sabina Residential began their promotional campaign via Facebook and their social media overview of Sabina’s architectural design of groundbreaking work that began later that year. The private gated community with  panoramic views of the Cabo San Lucas Bay and Land’s End Arch, started their sales campaign with a pre-construction two bedroom, two bathroom, 104-square foot condo offer of $70,000 US Dollars. Once the building’s development got under way, the Sabina units began to sell almost immediately. The constant photographic updates on Facebook, were much appreciated images that piqued potential buyer’s interest, leading to the first sale in September 2017. After that, another unit sold in October and one by one, they continued going off the market with one purchase after another until they were only five units left, even as the pre-construction price rose from $70K to the current $95,000 cost. In response to one major concern from buyers Sabina social media representatives said, ”What we can assure you is that Sabina Residential will be built responsibly and any phenomenon beyond what is expected will be covered by insurance.” An answer to help ease fear of potential Hurricane damage, elevated due to the Hurricane Odile onslaught of 2014, which was rare but unforgettable.
