DALIKEN SPORTFISHING WEEKLY FISHING REPORT
San José del Cabo, Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico
Marlin
Very slow this week. A few were caught out of the La Estiladera area with live baits and decoys.
Catches last week were one marlin on Wednesday and two on Saturday.
Dorado
There were not many Dorados this week due to the low temperatures of the water. We had our best luck in Punta Gorda where most fish have been caught with lures and live bait. We caught two Dorados on Monday, and two on Wednesday.
Tuna
Few tunas were caught the first days of the week in Gordo Banks. The last few days have been very slow. We ended up catching four tunas from 30 to 60 pounds on Monday and twenty two (22) more on Tuesday,
Yellowtail
In front of Palmilla, we caught 11 Yellowtail Tuna this week, using live bait and heavy squid.
Sierra
There was a good number of Sierra fish from Palmilla to the Gordo Banks that were biting early in the morning. We caught caught 7 Sierra Fish on Monday and then 10 on Wednesday.
Red Snapper
There is a lot of snapper right now, and we capture 20 of them, but were only allowed bring in the limit that is set when they handed us our fishing license.
