SECRETARY OF TOURISM OF B.C.S. DELIVERS “DISTINCTIVE H” AWARD TO CASA DORADA
On July 29, 2019, Luis Humberto Araiza López, The Secretary of Tourism, Economy and Sustainability of Baja California Sur, delivered eleven “H Badge” certification awards to the public contact consumer centers of Casa Dorada Los Cabos, Resort & Spa, for complying with the standards of hygiene quality and technical handling conditions of food that establishes the Mexican Standard NMX-F-605-NORMEX-2015.
The Distinctive “H” is the prestigious recognition award granted by the the Mexican government agency, SECTUR in coordination with the Ministry of Health; which prioritizes public confidence and consumer safety, while promoting good hygiene and positive health practices.
The Secretary of Tourism extended a big congratulations to the Casa Dorada staff and the managing members of the hotel, for their superb cleanliness through out their Medano Beach location and top hygiene marks. Luis Humberto Araiza López also mentioned that, ”Gastronomy is an essential part of our country and of Baja California Sur, since there are more and more visitors who decide on Los Cabos for their destination to visit for this region’s famous and popular restaurants and dining choices. If it has an “H Distinction”, they will know that it is a seal of quality.”
Ingeniero Leonardo Perli, General Director of Casa Dorada, congratulated the more than 350 people directly responsible for the award. Dedicated food and customer service employees who have worked tirelessly to bask in the glory from the fruits of their hard labor and effort. ”They do the daily work, they are the ones who maintain the magic of our great Casa Dorada.”
