Café des Artistes celebrated their 3rd year anniversary

Café des Artistes celebrated their 3rd year anniversary with an enjoyable evening of casual elegance near their small business location of The Hotel Zone at La Playita, Puerto Los Cabos Marina in San José del Cabo, B.C.S. The anniversary coincides each year with the celebration of the traditional Mexican Day of the Dead (Dia de Los Muertos). And in keeping with tradition, Café des Artistes, offered its guests a complimentary cocktail at nearby P’yote Bar, while listening to the talented saxophone sound of the city’s premier local musician.

The special drink for the occasion is made of roasted pineapple with ginger, green and yellow peppers, which makes for a highly refreshing, different flavor, than an average cocktail. The decoration and setting at Café des Artistes restaurant was done in a completely beautiful, dizzying array of black and silver balloons with the number three—highlighting the restaurant’s years of successful business.

The mix of culture from the Huicholes of Nayarit and the state of Jalisco, was heard through the distinct mariachi music that was the featured event entertainment. Family, friends and guests of Café des Artistes anniversary party were the gastronomic recipients of the restaurant’s mixed Mexican flavors and French culinary technique; which was a dinner paired with pinot noir red wine.

Chef Thierry happily thanked all invited dining guests—who in turn—applauded the master chef and his staff. Chef Thierry said, “Our cooks have remained together as a team for three years, happily bringing delight and creating magic, with our entrees and menu.” Magic, for all—who enter Café des Artistes wonderful establishment and enjoy their culinary creations.
