As time passes the world keeps healing itself, things start to go back to normal, events open their doors one more time.
This November 27th, the 4th edition of the Sashimi Fest will take place in the community of La Playa in San José del Cabo, bringing with it the sense of normality, of going back to a time that feels like another life. Even when normally the event takes place during the month of March, this time the pandemic situation has forced the event to move to November. This event expects to join the efforts of re-activating tourism in Los Cabos.
The event will count multiple categories of participants, that go from the local community to big and prestigious food chains. This year the prize of the people, given to the main category, will receive the name of “Pettite committee”.
This year, the ambition is to take the event to an international level through a new mechanic called Bahamas Connection. With the help of the famous chef Luis Vázquez, they are planning to realize a simultaneous competition that will be projected in Great Guana Cay, in Baker’s Bay.
The pre-sell of the tickets for the public already started in local restaurants that are working with the event. The price for the entrance will be $400 Mexican pesos, a percentage of which will be donated to Mavi Foundation, a charity that helps children with disabilities.
