The tradition of Oaxaca directly at the table of the Hotel El Ganzo, who dressed gala last September 16 and opened its doors to dozens of diners who enjoyed an exquisite seven-course meal with Oaxacan theme by Chefs Celia Florián and Alam Méndez, both from the State of Oaxaca, who were interviewed during the event and said they are proud to bring some of the Mexican culture of other states to Los Cabos, in addition to putting a grain of sand, in support and honor to Ganzo AC Community Center L’ECOLE.

As for the L’ECOLE Association, it showed at all times the commitment to share knowledge and experiences in the culture of local children, through food care, and I invite you to continue participating to achieve quality results and perseverance, which contribute and motivate the whole community to unite, to improve and promote the culture of good eating, in all local children who are part of the activity.

Another of the qualities that stood out in the event and caused euphoria among the attendees was the exhibition of mezcal artisanal, from states such as Guerrero, Durango, Oaxaca and Mazatlán, this drink polished the eyes of all those who paraded around the place and longed begin the tasting of the same, with typical colors and representative of Mexico. The night took its place and was a success, thanks to the significant participation of Manager Ella Messerli, who at all times stands out for being very attentive to all present, organized and passionate about your work.
