Robert De Niro opens Nobu Los Cabos Hotel

World famous Hollywood actor, Robert De Niro, best known for his portrayal as Michael Corleone in the Martin Scorcese ”Godfather” films and the 1976 “Taxi” movie, arrived in Los Cabos for the world premier of his three and a half hour film, “The Irishman,” along with plans to officially present the grand opening of his Nobu Los Cabos Hotel and restaurant.
Robert de Niro opened the luxurious Nobu Hotel in Cabo San Lucas with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. The luxury hotel chain is expanding rapidly, with its most recent grand opening of The Nobu Hotel in Ibiza in Southern Europe. Ibiza is one of the Balearic islands, an archipelago of Spain in the Mediterranean Sea. With a population of 132,000, Ibiza is well known for its vibrant nightlife in Ibiza Town and Sant Antoni. The island is also home to little, quiet villages, yoga retreats and beaches. At Platja d’en Bossa, the island is lined with hotels, bars and shops.
DeNiro and his business partners plan on opening a new Nobu hotel in Barcelona sometime in the near future. The famous actor, director , producer and his his group of investment partners, chef “Nobu” Matsuhisa and entrepreneur Meir Teper already have 39 restaurants and several hotels in numerous countries. Adding Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico to that list and making it 40.
