Newest Renovations at Johns Place

One of the newest renovations at John’s Place Restaurant, located at the corner of Marina Paseo Boulevard and Vicente Guerrero Street, is their 2018 addition of an outdoor taco grill which will be open until 2:00 AM and offer tacos Al Pastor and Carne Asada, along with their Cantina Bar’s equally extended until 2:00 AM business hours.

Owner Daniel Palomino, also added former Pueblo Bonito chef, Sergio Salgado Nava, whose sushi expertise has created a mouth watering menu dish, “John’s Roll”, that is a tantalizing crispy treat worth every bite. John’s Place still offers their delicious two-for-one pasta special, and the all you can eat barbecue pork ribs, that have become a local and tourist favorite during the restaurant’s successful four years of existence. The open air dining establishment also features six plasma television’s where guests can enjoy their favorite sporting events; whether it’s football, baseball, boxing, basketball or soccer.

Both domestic and imported beers are available at a spectacular two-for-one $3 US dollars discount and Strawberry, mango and Lemon Margaritas are also offered at the same two-for-one deal. John’s Place is also a very popular place for a bountiful breakfast, served at affordably ideal prices. ”We stopped by John’s Place nearly everyday, mostly for drinks but also for the scrumptious meals,” said Martha Macias Narvaez of San Jose, CA. ”The Eggs Benedict and Coconut Shrimp were wonderful, and the service was always excellent. Their staff made us feel so welcome during every visit.

The strawberry and/or banana waffles are a good way to begin the day, as are the Eggs Benedict and “Real Deal” $4.50 breakfast plate of scrambled eggs, hash brows, bacon, toast and mixed fruit. For lunch, John’s Place serves delicious bowls of Tortilla Soup, Clam Chowder, and and Shrimp or Seafood selection.
