Meet Real Estate Consultant Gabriela Mohar – Gabriela Mohar is a real estate consultant and a sales associate with the luxury residential complex Palmilla Dunes. She has been living in Los Cabos for a dozen years and has become recognized as a Cabo expert. She makes dreams come true. Her go-for-it attitude makes things happen, in her own life as an entrepreneur and mother, and also in helping others follow their dreams, especially when it comes to real estate.

Mohar first found fulfillment in wedding photography because she was taken by the emotions and feelings of the subjects. She established her own wedding photography business when she first arrived in Los Cabos from the Caribbean. “If you have a vision, follow it and you’ll be a happier person.” This philosophy not only lends itself to her own life but is also paramount in helping people find just the right home. Photography is now more of a hobby, while real estate has become Mohar’s primary objective.

Her father is an architect in México City and, since she was a child, Mohar has been close to the construction business and the sale of properties. Mario Fernandez, the developer of Palmilla Dunes, has other real estate interests as well, therefore Gabriela has the leeway to find residences for her clients in many other areas such as condos, single-family residences, land for sale, or rentals. Her main commitment, though, is specializing in luxury properties and real estate investments in Los Cabos, and more specifically Palmilla Dunes, the One&Only Palmilla, and Querencia.

Mohar lives an active lifestyle in San José del Cabo, where she spends her free time swimming at Palmilla Beach, jogging, and doing photography. Clients choose to work with Mohar for her expertise, commitment, and professionalism. She can be found at the Palmilla Dunes Sales Office.
