HEADLINES: October 10, 2015
The Marlin Chronicles will be coming out soon in theatres near you. JC was seen on the red carpet promoting his new movie about the life and times of a Marlin Fisherman. Fish Report Boy Screamed: “Stop, Stop all this stuff about JC, its all lies, the lil jackass thinks he is god. Movie, Stand up Comedian, Book Author, Song Writer its all lies, lies, and more lies. These idiots Chris and Darrel all they do is talk about JC, well I am here to tell everyone the truth, JC is a legend in his own mind!!! Fish Report Boy whispered: “Look I will probably get fired for these comments, JC is the Idi Amin Dada of fishing, who was known as the ‘Butcher of Alaska’ for his brutal, despotic rule in Alaska whilst president of Salmon fishing in the 1970s,  Estimates for the number of Salmon who were either killed, tortured, or imprisoned vary from 100,000 to half a million. Fish Report Boy went on to say this the Butcher has no mercy on any fish, not even a Bluegill. Around, all the bait and Tackle stores in Alaska JC is  called the Colonel Gaddafi of Trout Fishing. Fish Report Screamed: “Dont anyone get it, Dont anyone care!!!!
JC,s LEGEND and LIES will continue next week!!!

Jc Sportfishing Charters is a family owned and operated business and has been fishing in Cabo San Lucas for the past 18 years. Jerry, explains that his charter business is geared more for families and novice anglers, making sure everyone who charters a boat with him have a great time and lots of fun. We welcome families, and groups. We want everyone who fishes with us to take all the sites in and have a memorable experience. This is what is most important to us. We have and do a few tournaments each year and can cater to fisherman who might be interested in tournament fishing. Well lets get on with the fishing report for this past week.

WEATHER: Well a little cloudy as I sit here and write report, we even had a little rain. But the whole week was really nice, but very hot. Highs in the 90,s and lows in the low 70,s.
WATER: Well the water has been cooling down some and we expect it to continue to cool over the next few days. It has had a effect on the fishing it seems when the water cools some we are seeing more action.
Please check out the Tempbreak map link below to get a good idea on water temperatures.

BILLFISH: The Blue Marlin fishing has slowed some compared to what it was over the last month. There was only like two 200lb Blues caught over this last week. The Striped Marlin fishing has been still pretty strong with some good number through out the fishing grounds. If you use ballyhoo, lures and live bait for the Stripers you will most likely land some fish. The hot spots for Marlin are from Grey Rock to the Pump House. The Sailfish bite is still pretty good also on the pacific side up and around Ranch Migrino with most being landed on ballyhoo closer to the bech from 1Ž4 mile to 2 miles off shore is the hot spots.

DORADO: The Dorado fishing was better this past week and we are hoping it gets better with the cooling water temperatures but we sure don’t need any of that green alge bloom which will really slows the bite down. I am thinking that this warm water we have in the area is just too much for them and they are staying away. We haven’t seen really too much good Dorado action all year as it has been pretty much hit and miss.
SWORDFISH: Hasn’t heard of any caught this week.

WAHOO: The Wahoo fishing has slowed over the past week with really not the numbers we were seeing but still ok.

TUNA: The fish of the week is Tuna with good number being landed all week. The Tuna have been moving from the Horse Shoe to San Jamie Banks. The Tuna have been hard to catch actually with most fish hitting king busters but the bigger Tuna are biting live bait and lures.

INSHORE: The inshore fishing has just been ok, nothing special with some small Dorado, Sailfish and Amberjack are what is happening. There has been some good Amberjack action reported using iron. Small Tuna on sardines has been good inshore if you can find the sardines. From Grey Rock to the Pump House has been the area for decent Tuna and even Sailfish action using ballyhoo. Some small Dorado every once in a while have been landed.
It might be worth grabbing a Panga and going out for a 5 hour excursion to see what happens inshore.
