International, Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options.  Yumana Kitchen aims to offer a new scope when it comes to “soul-food” and “comfort food”; by embracing the cultural notions of the millenary indigenous group: The Yumanos.

The Yumanos resided all throughout the Californias. With over 2,500 years of antiquity, they adapted to all peninsular ecosystems and survived subsequent waves of colonizers. It is a culture that has persisted in a differentiated way over the years.

The most important aspect of the Yumanos was their ability to adapt by subtracting elements from different backgrounds. This is the core of our kitchen. We believe that food can satisfy either the body and soul; this is why we wanted to give our new take on the different food styles of the new locations where the Yumanos resided.
