• Planning of your pre-event site inspection as it relates to your location choice, room block requirements, vendor choices etc.
• Selection of locations for ceremonies and receptions, birthday parties, sunset cruises, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties and farewell brunches.
• Recommendation and selection of all necessary vendors, such as your photographer videographer, florist, musicians, rental agents, entertainers, ceremony officiate and transportation provider, among others.
• Completion, translation and submission of all paperwork for your civil ceremony.
• Development, design and execution of the event or wedding theme.
• Development of your wedding or event menu according to your personal customs and traditions.
• Assistance and guidance in the selection and booking of your hair and makeup professional.
• Execution of payments to vendors contracted by Vivid Occasions on your behalf.
• Facilitation of ceremony rehearsal.
• Welcoming yourselves and your guests at all event locations.
• Budget management and advice.
