One thing that differentiates us from other programs and makes us unique is our attention to transparency to the property owner. Our software has been customized so that each owner can set their level of involvement and notification. Every reservation is defaulted to email the owner reservation updates. If the owner doesn’t want to be notified by email of their activity, they can set the system to not email and be available online at anytime they wish to view their records. All setting and activity is available 24/7 by logging into the Sea Side Owner Access Portal (SOAP). Every single work order for anything done to an owner’s property is automatically sent with a photo to the owner, along with updates and costs.
