Ocean Pacific Group was born back in 2001 as a full property management company with the only mission to help the owners to avoid all the hassle and to save money when contracting a property management that only focus on the surface of the home as a result the maintenance usually falls into expensive repairs not to in the constant supervision to prevent the issues at first hand. The company started as I built a few rental buildings for my family and I was faced with the frustration of dealing with the lack of commitment and the downfalls involved in dealing with labor and suppliers locally.
