Alejandro Moreno, cofounder and owner of Moreno Arquitectos firm since 1991 in Mexico City. He has been based in Cabo San Lucas since 2003 as part of the team at Perinni Building Co.

Drawing from a diversified background and combining function and aesthetics, Moreno Arquitectos design is continually evolving. By trying to unveil the intangible needs of our clients, emotional as well as physical, we design our presentations to increase the client´s understanding of the project´s concept and make them a part of the design process. Our goal is to have a sensitive and progressive architecture creating transitional spaces and unique sensations with a fluid connection to nature, using materials that are congruent with the environment and its elements. We create a concept that will belong to that particular project, as our own soul belong to us; “it is invisible but we know it´s there”. We are always open for a new challenge through both, creativity and satisfaction of our clients and our selves. We like to think we have achieved success, applying these ideas, by the acceptance of our new designs.
