  1. My wife and I purchased a time share at Hacienda Encantada ten years ago. The agreement was that they would purchase our Sunset Beach timeshare in a wash type transaction. We also purchased a WalkAway Assurance contract from them.
    We found in the months after the purchase that 1) they were not going to sell our Sunset Beach timeshare, 2) It was impossible to reach the reservations person (the switchboard would constantly tell us he was away but would call us back) 3) The beach facilities they showed us as under construction do not even belong to Hacienda Encantada 4)Attempts to reach ther WalkAway Assurance company fail.
    We have paid maintenance fees yearly in the hope of using the facility.
    When we visited the facility this year all they would do was ask us to buy a new $27,000 contract that permitted us to not pay the maintenance fee if we did not use it.
    Can you be of any assistance in terminating the contract of in achieving the repurchase that the WalkAway Assurance promised?
