Nathan Visser moved to Los Cabos in 2002 upon graduating from Allegheny College with a BA in Economics in Pittsburgh, Pa. Deciding to take a break before starting his career in the US, he took a part time summer job selling Real Estate in Cabo and made the mistake of selling something. The rest is history. Nathan has focused his efforts ever since on working with clients selling and developing Commercial and Residential Real Estate and has positioned himself as an expert in the Commercial Real Estate market of Los Cabos. Having had the opportunity to work meticulously with US and Mexican Land developers on various transactions, Nathan is intimately familiar with the site selection, due diligence, entitlement, and closing process in Mexico. Nathan also specializes in securing commercial hard money and refi loans for projects with lending institutions that are active in the market. When he is not working on Real Estate related projects, Nathan is a dedicated father of 2 who enjoys surfing, spearfishing, and kite boarding.
