Carmen Rojas and Nicolás Ramírez are two entrepreneurs originally from the Villa de Zaachila, Oaxaca, who gave rise to the kitchen of the Restaurant Misión La Carreta and helped by the teachings of the Abuela created the first restaurant in the Villa de Zaachila opening their doors in the year 1978.
