Puerto Paraiso Plaza, along the marina waterfront, was the perfect location for Johnny Rockets to open. “Johnny Rockets, The Original Hamburger” is known as the all American burger restaurant.

As I sip on a cherry flavored soda, my friends dive into the basket of fries and crispy onion rings, and then of course the juicy hamburgers with all the works, was placed in front of us – burger heaven!

If you’re looking for something else, a grilled chicken club salad topped with bacon, tomatoes and grated cheese, with dressing on the side.

And who can pass up a delicious float, with your choice of pop or a shake, The malts are blended with real powdered malt. How could you resist!

The menu is the same for lunch and dinner. Beverages sodas range from $2.50 – $3.40 for a Tecate beer. Grilled ham and cheese for $5.25, and for the vegetarians the, a veggie sandwich for $8.00.

Chicken Club Salads for $7.00. Apple Pie and banana splits are $4.50 – $6.00. Shakes and Malts $4.00-$6.00.

Hamburgers range from less than $7.00. You better be hungry if you go for The Rocket Double at $9.00. Chili dogs start at $5.00.

Appetizers, fries, and onion rings start at $3.00 and $5.00 for chicken wings. (all US dollars.)
