Bring the appetite of a gaucho to this moonlit Argentine grill, where you’ll dine on monster 22-ounce beef ribs that chef Marcelo Romby—a talented Argentine import—slow cooks for more than four hours.

Chamuyo was created in 2011 with the spirit of sharing an authentic Argentine barbecue with friends. In the land of the gauchos, each barbecue has its rituals, remembering old anecdotes is one of them. And so that the atmosphere is always relaxed and celebratory, you cannot miss a glass of good wine. There will be prohibited topics, such as politics and religion, and of course, football.

Meat-stuffed empanadas come fried or oven baked, and they serve as excellent starters. For a surefire excellent meal, opt for the dinner for two. It includes beef rib, sausage, rib eye, salad, and a bottle of wine for $68 U.S.; the dinner for four is $129 U.S. There are also wood-fired pizzas, fish, homemade pasta, Argentinian sausage served with salad, and Milanesa sandwiches. End with bread pudding, flan, or Argentine crepes made with seasonal fruit.
