Chef Guillermo J. Gómez has joined forces with AGAVE group to create AGAVE Handcrafted Kitchen. TASTING ROOM, Mexican Spirits Boutique. Set on a rooftop overlooking the Gallery District in San José del Cabo. The restaurant offers artisanal farm-to-table cuisine fired in a custom wood oven. With memories of the Mediterranean, a strong passion for Mexican cooking, and a love for Baja culture, the Chef creates soulful cuisine using sustainably sourced seafood and organic products from local farms.
