In 2008, in an effort to rescue species that are no longer produced and with our commitment to offer 100% organic products for Heart of Artichoke, the project “Organic Hearts” is born: our Organic Farms Farm, in which we produce a large part of our fruits and vegetables free of pesticides and fertilizers, in order to ensure greater freshness in benefit to the health of our customers. We have our own organic crops, where we closely monitor their entire development under strict quality measures. Our Heirloom Seeds are 100% organic, free of any type of genetic alteration. In addition, to ensure that they grow juicy and delicious, we opt for the method of worm-farming, which naturally replaces the use of unnecessary chemicals.
