The Cabo Riviera project has been closed. In its place will be Costa Palmas, a Four Seasons-branded product. They aren’t selling yet, as it would not be up to Four Seasons standards to have construction going on. So they won’t be marketing until the hotel is operational and the surrounding homes (Phase I) are complete and ready to deliver. Right now they have an advance team in place talking to the companies and offering us a day outing to see the construction, etc. If local realtors have interested parties they are put on the waiting list to be contacted, probably spring or summer 2017.

Developers of the 920-acre luxury development Cabo Riviera continue to make steady progress. The Gringo Gazette reports that construction of a championship golf course is set to begin now that canals have been dredged for many of the homes.

Cabo Riviera welcomes all that recognize a unique opportunity, Los Cabos’ only option for a private dock out your back door. In the spring of 2012, look for the first phase of Marina Cabo Riviera to include marina management, launch dock and fuel station and the promised Harbour Island Lots ready for delivery.

The Cabo Riviera development, which is under construction on the East Cape, celebrates much of what makes the region great. Once complete, the resort will also include a tennis club, artists village, beach club, spas, art galleries, and at least one luxe hotel; a source within the company has confirmed that the Four Seasons hotel chain will be represented in Cabo Riviera.
