Our newest location opened in 2026 in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas — Torre AMETH on Calle Mariano Matamoros, a short walk from the Marina.

We’re not a discount chain. WeCare is a full-service pharmacy built around advice and availability: our team works in English and Spanish, and we help visitors and residents find what they actually need — including specialty and hard-to-find medications that most corner pharmacies don’t stock.

At our downtown location you’ll find:
