Dr. Roberto Altamira is proud to announce to the Los Cabos community and his international patients, the grand opening of his Brand-new Laser Dental Clinic. Featuring a new image and innovative technology acquired in order to offer his patients the best in modern Dentistry.
Dr. Altamira has been working in Cabo San Lucas for over thirty years, he has become known as an experienced and honest dentist in several fields. During the last seventeen years his main focus has been in dental implants and cosmetic dentistry, with many completely satisfied patients.

Dr. Altamira studied at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he then became a tenured professor before moving to Los Cabos. He is a specialist in implants, cosmetic dentistry and is certified in the Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique, or Gum Rejuvenation Technique that treats gum recession.
In this new stage of his successful career, he has decided to upgrade his facilities and add new members to his team.
Laser Dental Clinic by Dr. Roberto Altamira is located in Plaza Pioneros, Local L-7, just a few steps from his old office on Boulevard Lázaro Cardenas in Cabo San Lucas.
Joining the team are Dr. Patricia J. Carrillo a graduate of the University of Los Mochis Sinaloa. Dr. Carrillo has been working with Dr. Altamira for the past five years, as she completed a master’s degree in Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Luis F. Carmona, specialist in Implantology and Prosthodontics, a graduate of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara (UDG).
The clinic is the first in the area to offer state of the art laser treatment. The new laser equipment has an incredible spectrum of applications in Dentistry. Just to mention a few: it can remove decaying tissue without the need of anesthesia, cut soft tissues like the gums, or cut hard tissues like the bone, without the need of the traditional dentist drill, and many other applications.
