Final Recap of Day One at the Western Outdoor News Tuna Jackpot scales

Thursday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. when the scale opened, there was already one boat waiting to weigh in their catch. According to Team #132 Tuna Hookers, the sea conditions were unsettled and they had decided to come in early. Angler John Damian’s 54.5-pound tuna was the first and was at the top of the leader-board briefly.
