The young and highly talented Italian Chef looks for the freshest seafood and finest local ingredients to give his menu a unique touch. Our Pasta is homemade and fresh foccacia is baked every night in our wood fired oven. Other favorites are Grilled yellow fin tuna encrusted with black sesame seeds on a fusion of purées or a more classical locally caught shrimps atop a pea and asparagus risotto.
One of the specialties to make your visit even more special is the Lava Rock Grill selections, where you grill your food on a super hot lava rock at your table.
The Chef, Salvatore Messina, prepares seasonal menus, giving special attention to each dish, and will gladly accommodate any special dietary needs you might have. Specializing in vegetarian, celiac, gluten free or dairy free dinners; it is one of the very few restaurants in Cabo to offer this service.
Tasting menus are available and were designed specially to offer a great gastronomic experience; pairing each dish with the recommended wine.
