In 2008, Juan Carlos Garate Zatarain and his wife Adriana Sanchez Rodriguez, who is from Mazatlan Sinaloa, Mexico, decided to open a small seafood restaurant in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. First, they took for lease a little place with plastic tables, which sat approximately 20 people and they called it Mariscos El Toro Guero (Seafood). Then, thanks to their excellent service and delicious cooking, they were able to buy the lot in which they were located.
As time went by, Mariscos El Toro Guero (Seafood) has become one of Cabo’s locals favorite seafood restaurants, because of the amazing taste of all their dishes and the reasonable prices they offer.
