Long a best-kept secret by locals, Habeneros offers the diner gourmet Mexican fusion cuisine at affordable prices. The sidewalk bistro reminds one of a tourist’s fantasy come true where one wishes to find some small off-the-beaten-path place featuring outstanding, creative food at a bargain.
It’s not in Havana nor hidden on some quaint Mexican village side street, and despite being located in a Spanish styled bank plaza next to the Mayan Palace Golf course, Habeñeros is a diner’s dream-come-true.
