Barra Barra Restaurant – While still one of the younger restaurants on the newly built 2016 south side of the Marina harbor entrance, Barra Barra Seafood Restaurant and Bar, has already established its reputation for great service and even better food. In only two years of existence, the menu at Barra Barra, is already known for its delicious lobster chowder, Ceviche, crab empanadas, coconut shrimp, and crunchy shrimp, fish and octopus taco/tostadas.”There is a great view of the Marina and we had the best octopus I have ever tasted,” said retired California kindergarten teacher, Elizabeth Hernandez. At Barra Barra, patrons can sit and watch the cooks prepare the food and also chat with the chef. The prices are considered modestly affordable, and the portions are served with food aplenty.

A restaurant specialty item is their fresh oysters in a half shell. Their guacamole is made fresh at every table in a gray stone Molcajete. For refreshments from the Cabo San Lucas heat, Barra Barra, offers a bucket of five Corona/Pacifico beers for $12 USD, along with a full service cocktail bar. For dessert, Barra Barra, serves these amazing specialty Churros, as well as their delicious Buñuelos New Orleans, and a dark chocolate Coulant. The appeal at Barra Barra since their grand opening two years ago, has been their authentic recipes, fast, friendly service, strong yet flavorful alcoholic beverage drinks, and the beautiful, panoramic view of the harbor.
