TRX Innovation Makes Fitness Fun

TRX Innovation Makes Fitness Fun

Although many people know how important it is to their health and well-being to keep their bodies strong, going to the gym to lift weights can become a bore. Not only is it boring to do the same thing over and over again, it is not an effective way to achieve ongoing gains in muscle mass or continued weight loss. Once muscles have learned how to do something, (ie: bench press 100 pounds), they no longer respond by growing to meet the challenge. Last Thursday night there was a greater purpose. A group of Hollywood and sports celebrities got together with some big-time golf aficionados at Suviche, the classy but comfy bar and restaurant at One&Only Palmilla, the most historic resort in all of Los Cabos. It was the kickoff event for the Cabo Celebrity Invitational golf tournament hosted by Dream Homes of Cabo...

Don’t miss the San Jose del Cabo Art Walk

Don’t miss the San Jose del Cabo Art Walk

By Ed Kociela There’s something about San Jose del Cabo that touches the creative soul. Hemingway came here between books to chase marlin across the Sea of Cortes. Steinbeck came here with his friend, scientist Ed Ricketts, to collect biological specimens in the estuary. Art is in San Jose del Cabo’s blood. That’s why now, the city’s heart beats vigorously as a new generation of artists look to the small, crowded streets for inspiration. There are many tourist destinations on the map that dedicate a little corner of their world to art....
