Our Cuisine and Chef

We proudly feature as our Executive Chef Hugo Sanchez Patino, who boasts an impressive resume next to such renowned chefs as Jacques Chretien, Rodrigo Robles, Vicente Echegaray, Denis Delaval and others. Our Chef has been instrumental in innovating the fusion of high Mexican cuisine with the richness of Baja California Sur’s seafood.

He worked in such places as Maxim’s de Paris, Restaurant Del Lago, China Grill and, more recently in Los Cabos, at the French Riviera and Hotel Esperanza Auberge Resort.

Our Mexican and internacional cuisine is a perfect blend of haute cuisine from Mexico’s regions and the wealth of Baja California Sur’s fish and seafood.

As another celebration option, we offer a great variety of theme parties with music to match, from pirates and wresting to the ‘70s and other musical periods and beach parties, Moroccan themes and many others.

Tropical Bar

Our tropical bar specializes in all types of drinks, from daiquiris and margaritas of various flavors, to Mexican and imported beers, sophisticated spirits and the country’s finest tequilas. After sunset, the bar is again brought to life with the help of giant screens that highlight musical videos, various musical genres, electronic music competitions, guest DJs from various countries, and an array of musical surprises.
