Reminder: When making reservations or paying for services, please remember to advise the participating Cabo San Lucas business that you are paying with our Los Cabos Magazine's Prepaid Vouchers. They may still need a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
More restaurants will be added to the voucher list as they become available. Additional shopping and activities are being considered to include in the program. We welcome your email comments concerning what else to include in our Prepaid Voucher Program.
Groups of more than six (6) persons: Los Cabos Magazine's Prepaid Vouchers are NOT VALID for groups or parties of more than six (6) persons. Please do not try to have several persons within the group or party buy vouchers to get around the group restrictions. It is also important that you advise the restaurant or business in advance that you will be paying for their services with our prepaid vouchers. This helps to avoid confusion or delay when you are ready to pay the bill for your dinner or activity. Thank you for your business..
Reservations: We have found that there is less confusion if reservations are made directly with the business providing the service. We will provide as much information as possible to make that process easier. Please note that if you already have hotel reservations and have paid a deposit or paid the full rental amount you should not expect the hotel to accept our vouchers and give a refund of amounts paid to them. If you have only paid a cash deposit the hotel may accept the vouchers for the balance remaining.
Refund Policy: Unused Prepaid Vouchers may be returned to our USA office for a refund. Vouchers must be returned no later than 120 days from the date of purchase. We will not be able to accept returns received after 120 days from the date of purchase. Please read our Refund Policy for terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Vouchers: On rare occasions a participant may not accept the Prepaid Vouchers. If you should have any problems or a participant in the program says that they don't know anything about the program or that they don't accept the vouchers, please ask to speak with the manager or someone in charge. In all cases that I have investigated there has been some sort of misunderstanding and the manager did not know that the vouchers were questioned or refused. When the matter was brought to their attention, they immediately corrected the problem. If any vouchers are refused by the participant we will certainly refund the amount paid.
Delivery of Vouchers: Prepaid Vouchers are normally sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. All U.S. Postal Service packages are sent uninsured. If you would like to insure your package, please call for rates and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note: Your order may be delayed. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged by the U.S. Postal service or any other shipping provider.
If you purchase vouchers more than 60 days in advance we suggest that you check this website about one week before you leave on your trip to make sure that there have been no major changes with the participants in our voucher program.
Limits on orders: We find that we must now stablish a limit of approximately $200.00 to $400.00 in vouchers that can be purchased from one particular business, per person or group. Higher priced activities may exempt from this policy.
Due to the rapidly increasing cost of delivery, we are making the following changes to our program.
There will now be a delivery fee of $10 added to all voucher orders. In addition, if we do not have a minimum of seven (7) days lead time, the fee will be increased to $25 to cover the cost to expedite your shipment.
If vouchers need to be delivered in Los Cabos, there will be a $25 delivery fee. (This fee will be $10 if the reason for delivery is due to lack of availability of vouchers in the US office)

How to Place your Order
You can easily order your Prepaid Vouchers by calling or sending a FAX to our USA office with a list of the Vouchers you wish to purchase. You may pay by check, provide your credit card information or use PayPal.
