The 23 colonial rooms have two queen beds and are ocean view. There are 30 beach cabana rooms with either two doubles or one king. These all have mini-refrigerators and sitting areas and are built right into the sand dunes and have glass walls facing the ocean. There are 12 deluxe suites, each with a king bedroom as well as two bolstered twin beds which are used as daytime sofas in the sitting room. These feature full refrigerators and a glass wall facing the ocean.

There are also four one-bedroom townhouses with a king bedroom and two bolstered twins in the sitting room. The wall facing the ocean is of glass. There are six two-bedroom/two-bathroom townhouses, containing one king bedroom and a loft bedroom with two queen beds. The master bathroom has a 500 gallon marble bathtub, while the second bathroom has a marble shower and vanity. The glass living room wall faces the ocean. All townhouses have full refrigerators, game tables, and patios overlooking the Bay of Cabo San Lucas.

For small corporate meetings or incentive groups, there is a meeting room available, with facilities to accommodate up to 150 persons. Screen, slide projector, podiums and easels are also available.
