Alegranza Residential Resort

The passed first of April of 2006 was the first exclusive event of Alegranza Residential Resort In San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. It was a small, low profile event, with limited attendance, among them the developments, some of their favorite guests, local authorities, selected brokers and local and international press.

Everybody was taken by surprise with the participation of pop star Enrique Iglesias, as partner and mayor investor of Alegranza together with the also Spaniards Javier Noguera Corominas and Iban Garcia-San Juan Machado whom are working from this marvelous place in the Baja. They have been working in the project for more than a year, keeping in secret the participation of Enrique. That was until the day of the grand opening were the big secret was revealed.

Enrique was in charge of cutting the opening ribbon before all the assistants which did not believed the star was among them. Enrique as an investor show himself enthusiastic and very passionate about the project. The Spaniard Idol spent most of the time mingling and getting to know all the people that is going to be working in the project.

He was really outgoing and simple, agreeing always to give autographs and having pictures with the rest of the guests.

The event took place in the lot where Alegranza is going to be situated which is Paseo de las Misiones 927, Colonia club de Gof Fonatour in San Jose de Cabo, Mexico.
