Most businesses are now open and working normally considering some continued water shortages. Construction may be underway at some locations.

28 October 2001 - Playa El Medano looking toward Meliá San Lucas and Pueblo Bonito Resort. The beach gets wider each week.		28 October 2001 - Playa El Medano looking toward Pueblo Bonito Rosé and Pueblo Bonito Blanco.

28 October 2001 - Playa El Medano at Pueblo Bonito Blanco. New steps are being built to allow easier access to the beach.		28 October 2001 - The new sand bar at the arroyo new Villa Del Palmar remains but is getting smaller each week. Villa del Palmar is in the background,

15 October 2001 - Playa El Medano looking toward Villa Del Palmar. We can see more progress each day.		15 October 2001 - Pueblo Bonito Rosé on the right hand side and Pueblo Bonito Blanco in the center of the picture. The beach is getting better and the hotels have placed lounge chairs in the sand.

15 October 2001 - Mango Deck looks a little different than it did a few weeks ago, but they are now open and serving cold cervesas with lounge chairs and umbrellas in the sand.		15 October 2001 - Las Palmas Restuarnt also looks a bit different but they are still serving delicious food every day.

15 October 2001 - The Office Restaurant also is back in business with shady spots to eat and drink		15 October 2001 - Billygan's Island again has lounge chairs and cold cervesas. They have a limited menu for a few days or so as they progress with the repairs.
