Baja Cantina Beach Announces Closure
Popular Cabo San Lucas restaurant Baja Cantina Beach announced via a Facebook post on Thanksgiving Day that it would be shuttering its Médano Beach location. The restaurant is part of the well-known Baja Cantina restaurant group, which also owns and operates María Corona and Baja Cantina Marina, among other enterprises.
The Spanish-language announced—posted at about 3 p.m. local time—was addressed to friends and family. It began: “Friends and family, life is full of meetings and good-byes. Today it’s our turn to say good-bye in order to start a new adventure.” It went on to lament the closure after a decade on Médano Beach, while also promising that it would soon share with followers information about a new and beautiful location.
