Los Cabos Resort Rebrands Itself as The Resort at Pedregal
As many Los Cabos businesses reopen following Hurricane Odile, one is taking the opportunity to rebrand. The popular five-Diamond resort formerly known as Capella Pedregal will now be known as The Resort at Pedregal, having ended its affiliation with the global Capella brand.
The exclusive Resort at Pedregal is located on a 24-acre site accessible only by a private tunnel. While conveniently located just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, the resort provides privacy, luxury, and personalized service for guests in its 66 rooms and suites, 21 beachfront villas, presidential villa, and spa.
According to a November press release, interim general manager Bob Holland—who most recently served as general manager at Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront—there will be few if any changes to the property’s staffing.
“Today marks a new chapter in the history of this iconic property,” Holland said in the press release. “We extend heartfelt thanks to the resort team for their support working towards making The Resort at Pedregal a success. With many of our continuing team members in place, we will remain the leading destination in Los Cabos, providing the same levels of service and amenities for which we have always been known.”
The Resort at Pedregal expects to reopen in early 2015.
