Hacienda Beach Club & Residences Hosts Cooking Demonstration
Edgar Roman Chavez, the executive chef of Mi Casa restaurants, recently held a special cooking demonstration at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences, which is located on Médano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. The demonstration for homeowners and guests was held in one of the three remaining penthouses recently redesigned by Mexico City–based interior designer Olivia Aldrete Hass.
The single-level, four-bedroom layout makes the perfect escape for multigenerational families who are ready to entertain and host extended family and guests. General manager Jorge Moran welcomed Chavez and those attending the special debut of Penthouse 1-602. Guests had the opportunity to preview the residence while Chavez prepared appetizers consisting of delicious salsas and fresh sashimi. The group then gathered around the large kitchen island and dining table to sample the appetizers while he explained the preparation. Hacienda consists of 109 homes of which 70 percent are sold out. It is located on the site of one of the first hotels in Los Cabos and offers a unique array of real estate options, including beachfront villas, residences, and a rental program.
