Chin’s Opens at The Shoppes at Palmilla
The man behind Los Cabos’ iconic Nick-San restaurants—and their unique brand of Japanese–Mexican fusion—is now conquering another Asian nation’s signature cuisine. Angel Carbajal, along with partners John Pentz and Chef Wong, recently debuted a new Chinese concept at the luxurious Shoppes at Palmilla on the Tourist Corridor.
While the restaurant aims to be the finest Chinese dining experience in Los Cabos, its owners report that guests can expect high quality and local-friendly prices.
