The Distillery, Todos Santos
The spacious and comfortable space of The Distillery in downtown Todos Santos offers cafe style street side seating on our front patio, a full bar showing major sporting events by request, 500 bottle wine cave with barrel aging, back patio/theater/garden for dining, first run films, live music, BBQ, & special events. Now offering Baja Brewing draft beer, our home distilled “Baja Midnight” Vodka, Moonshine & Chocolate Moonshine, 3 house blends of Tequila, all for tastings, cocktails, and bottle sales. All Baja Midnight Spirits are gluten free, Moonshine from sweet white corn and Vodka from sugarcane. Our bar and restaurant menu offering fresh made food in a international gastropub style with farm/sea fresh local ingredients. The fermenting, distilling, and bottling operations are underway so come in and sneak a peak. Our future offerings list have been expanded to flavored vodkas, rum, gin, brandy and, oh yes, more moonshine flavors. We are proud to host special events with local authors, musicians, artists, as well as classes, meetings, weddings, and community benefits.
