Sushi Time Fish Report, April 18th thru the 24th 2014
Sushi Time Fish Report for the Week of April 18th thru the 24th 2014
Warm weather in Cabo San Lucas and the fishing action continues picking up, we keep the decent mix of fish available. A good week for panga fishing with Marlin and Dorado being the highlight of the week, and lots of small game fish species like Bonita, Sierra, Rooster Fish, Skip Jack, Needle Fish, Trigger Fish and Snappers. With beautiful warm and sunny clear days except for Thursday that the port was closed by the authorities for a few hours in the morning due to extremely windy conditions and a very lite rain, with an average temperature of 88º F, and an average water temperature of 70º F. An good week with 36 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 97.22% effectiveness catching fish with 260+ bonitos, sierra, trigger fish, needle fish, snapper and skip jacks, 53 Dorados in the 15 – 20 pound class and 19 Stripped Marlin caught this week, mainly all catches on live and sewed caballito bait, also some fish hitting our lures. This is definitely a successful week for Sushi Time Sport Fishing. Fish are found in a number of places both from the Sea of Cortez by Cabeza Ballena to the 95 spot and the Pacific Ocean from Solmar to the Old light house.
