Sushi Time Fish Report to March 14th

Sushi Time Fish Report for the Week of March 7th thru the 14th, 2014

frThe fishing action remains really slow for the past few weeks.  Overall again, not a bad week of fishing, again only in quantity, which is very much normal for this time of year. Cold water inshore fish species available are Bonito, Yellow Tail, Sierra, Rooster Fish and Skip jack.  With very windy conditions and an average temperature of 83º F, with clear skies and an average water  temperature of 73º F.  A good week with 41 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 95.12% effectiveness catching fish, with still lots of Whale Sittings and with 150+ bonitos, trigger and skip jacks, and 25+ rooster fish, and a couple of Mako and Hammer head shark caught this week on slow trolled baits, lures, hoochies on wire leader. This could be consider a successful week for small game sport fishing. The Hot spot for this week was on the pacific side from Solmar thru the old light house, where we caught most of our fish.

Hopefully conditions improve so we can offer our anglers better fishing next week.

“My biggest worry is that my wife (when I’m dead) will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid  for it.”
