Southwest Adding Flights To Mexico
Excellent news for travelers.
Southwest Airlines has announced that it will be adding flights to Los Cabos and Cancun, Mexico, starting August 10. They also announced they would be flying to Nassau, Bahamas.
There are sale fares available online now through March 13. For now, the flights will continue to be operated under Air Tran, which previously merged with Southwest.
Non-stop daily departures to Los Cabos will depart from Santa Ana in Orange County, California. Flights to Cancun, meanwhile, will take off from Atlanta and Baltimore/Washington. Daily round-trip flights from Denver, Colorado, will begin in October, according to the announcement.
Soutwest announced its first round of international flights in January, with destinations in Montego Bay and Aruba.
