Agua restaurant relaunches as Agua by Larbi at One&Only Palmilla
The One&Only Palmilla relaunched its popular Agua restaurant as Agua by Larbi with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 8 at the resort in San Jose del Cabo, Los Cabos, BCS, Mexico.

The move commemorates the 10th anniversary of One&Only Palmilla and honors its executive chef, Larbi Dahrouch. His celebrity-chef friends Jean-Georges, Thomas Keller, and Enrique Olvera joined in the celebration and took over the kitchen to prepare each night a fabulous four-course dinner menu with Mexican wine pairing. Peter Bowling, general manager of One&Only Palmilla; Cecilia Aragon, director of public relations; Rubén Reachi, secretary of tourism for Baja California Sur; and invited guests were in attendance to celebrate this event.
