Mis Sueños Expands
One of our favorite Cabo San Lucas Marina restaurants has expanded. Mis Sueños has taken over the space next to them, allowing the restaurant to add about 60 new seats and double its marina frontage.
The restaurant also debuted a newly designed menu while still offering the same great food and friendly service locals and savvy travelers have come to expect.
The name translates to “My Dreams,” and it’s through the consistently excellent cooking and customer service that Mis Sueños creates a heavenly experience for diners. Anglers flock to Mis Sueños—chef Mardonio Dominguez prepares customers’ catches five different ways, including as sashimi, blackened, Vera Cruz, or Rockefeller style—but the restaurant is a treasure for anyone who loves seafood or hearty steaks.
Shrimp is prepared seven different ways, including tempura, a jumbo shrimp platter ($23 U.S.), and a shrimp cocktail. A great starter to share is a bowl of mushroom buttons in a spicy cream sauce; dunk hot bread. If tuna is available, try it seared with capers.
